Welcome to my home on the web! It is my hope that you enjoy your visit and that you learn a little more about natural and preventive care. Within my work, my main goal is to optimize the body's natural healing power, helping people move towards true and lasting optimal health.  My definition of holistic health care is a system that addresses an individual's unique physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual needs for optimal health and healing.  I offer this complete holistic approach in natural health to each and every one of my clients.

           My approach to health and healing is to view disease as a teacher and guide and as an indicator of what is out of harmony in our lives, rather than an enemy to silence with drugs, while the underlying problem grows stronger.

 

          I am soon expanding my reach and offering convenient natural healing and therapies, through holistic health care "online consultation", in addition to my traditional "in person" practice.

 

         Whether in person or via online consultation, I take a full case history, including:

  •        personal medical history (including tests reports, x-rays, etc)
  •        family health history
  •        review of symptoms
  •        review of lifestyle and routines
  •        any medicines or supplements you are currently taking

         For an "in person" consultation, I perform a complete Iridology examination, but I am also capable of making a sound diagnosis and creating an effective holistic health care treatment program from the information you send me by online consultation alone.

 

         My recommendations that involve a natural approach in medicine may include:

  •        diet and eating habit changes
  •        pH balancing of the body
  •        lifestyle adjustments
  •        natural health care products and herbal medicines
  •        exercises recommendations

         You will learn valuable information about what is keeping you from optimal health, and I will help you overcome your few or many health difficulties.
